Building on what I know. Investing in what comes next.

My ventures apply the experience I have built across philanthropy, public service, and community investment to advisory work and women's well-being.

OCG Philanthropy

Strategic advisory for community investment

I founded OCG Philanthropy in 2016. Today, its direction reflects the work I know deeply: philanthropic strategy, community-informed initiative design, portfolio leadership, strategic partnerships, and impact learning.

OCG serves organizations seeking experienced judgment and practical support for the decisions behind their investments.

Healing House

Beauty and wellness with a community health purpose

Healing House is a venture in development, envisioned as a luxury beauty and wellness club rather than a conventional salon-suite facility — a destination where private beauty and wellness suites, preventive-health access, movement and education, and community programming operate under one premium, hospitality-led brand.

The vision is to create a welcoming setting where women can invest in self-care, connect with resources, and engage with opportunities to support their health, in an environment that feels secure, restorative, and culturally grounded. The model places particular emphasis on Black women and the needs of the community it will serve.

I am drawing on my experience in health-equity program design, partnerships, and evaluation to develop the model. Planned measures will help assess participation, connections to services, and the results of health partnerships as programming takes shape.

Healing House is being developed with both business viability and community benefit in view. Partnership conversations may include preventive-health services, community programming, and support for implementation and evaluation.
